The role enables faster and more reliable software delivery by building CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and configuration activities, supporting observability, and applying DevOps practices across delivery teams.Role ProfileImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build automation, release automation, and deployment scripts across supported products and platforms. Automate infrastructure, configuration, and environment provisioning using approved DevOps tools and reusable templates Work closely with software engineering, QA, operations, and security teams to support requirements, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and improve delivery reliability Support monitoring, logging, and operational troubleshooting using tools such as ElasticSearch, Kibana, and related observability solutions Maintain clear documentation for pipelines, deployment procedures, configuration scripts, and operational runbooks Competencies & Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on DevOps experience in software delivery or platform engineering environments Good understanding of CI/CD methodologies, source control, automated builds, release management, and deployment automation Working knowledge of public and private cloud IaaS/PaaS models such as OpenStack, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure Practical experience with automation and configuration tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Nexus, Maven, Ant, Jira, and shell scripting Good collaboration mindset with ability to work in Agile teams and promote self-service and continuous improvement Must have technical / professional qualifications: Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related degree Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Jira, Maven/Ant, web servers, and shell scripting Exposure to OpenShift/Kubernetes and monitoring tools such as ElasticSearch and Kibana is preferred Basic programming or scripting experience in at least one language such as Java, PHP, Python, or Shell Red Hat OpenShift certification or equivalent cloud/platform certification is an advantageNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
