We are looking for a hands-on digital content creator with a proven background in professional photo and video shooting. This is not a copywriting or social media management role, we need someone who owns the camera, plans the shoot, and delivers polished visual output end to end.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute professional photo and video shoots, both on-site and off-site.Develop mood boards and creative visual references to align shoots with brand direction.Handle the full production cycle: concept → shoot → post-production.Edit and produce high-quality video content, reels, and photo assets.Manage color grading, video editing, and photo retouching to a professional standard.Maintain and operate cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and content formats.Stay ahead of visual trends in short-form video and brand storytelling.QualificationsA degree in Media, Film, Photography, Communications, or a related field.Clickable portfolio is a MUST, showcasing photo and video shooting.Ability to build and execute mood boards for planned shoots.Strong post-production skills: video editing, color grading, retouching.A portfolio that includes videos and reels you have shot and produced.Self-driven, organized, and able to manage shoots independently.Familiarity with professional camera equipment and lighting setups.If you are interested, apply now or send you CV and portfolio to Ntam.jobs@ntamgroup.com#jobs #hiring #applynow #digital #contentcreator #marketing
