An international company looking to hire Digital Marketing ExecutiveLocation: DubaiDepartment: MarketingReporting To: Section ManagerJob OverviewWe are seeking a senior, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for driving and optimizing digital performance across key platforms including social media, websites, search engines, and online campaigns across the MEA region.The role focuses on delivering measurable results, maximizing traffic quality, improving user journeys, and converting visitors into qualified leads through data-driven strategies and AI-enabled optimization.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional teams to share best practices, enhance digital performance, and support scalable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Performance & StrategyDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, search, and paid media campaigns.Drive lead generation and improve conversion rates and ROI.Optimize channel performance, budgets, and campaign effectiveness using data insights.Channel Management & OptimizationManage and optimize SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals.Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.AI & Marketing TechnologyUtilize AI tools for campaign optimization, content ideation, A/B testing, and analytics.Work with marketing automation and CRM platforms to improve lead management and operational efficiency.Stay updated on emerging AI and digital marketing trends.Website & User ExperienceMonitor website performance and optimize user experience and conversion pathways.Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and continuously enhanced.Coordinate website updates and issue resolution.Content & Market InsightsAnalyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with target audiences.Support development of landing pages and campaign content.Performance Analysis & ReportingMeasure and report digital marketing performance across platforms and markets.Track KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, and lead generation.Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.Regional CoordinationConsolidate and analyze regional performance data.Support teams with best practices and digital performance recommendations.Assist in the rollout and optimization of digital initiatives, websites, portals, and chatbot solutions.Job Requirements5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and digital advertising platforms.Experience using AI tools for marketing optimization and analytics.Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, and display campaigns.Experience managing social media platforms and online campaigns.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX).Excellent project management and multitasking skills.Ability to work effectively in a regional or multinational environment.EducationBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.Digital marketing certifications are an advantage (Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, AI-related certifications, etc.).Preferred QualificationsExperience working within multinational or regional (MEA) environments.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.French language skills are a plus.Key CompetenciesCreative and analytical thinkingProblem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityResult-oriented mindsetInitiative and ownershipAttention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
