The role builds the company’s digital presence from the ground up — managing agencies, designing the content system, and introducing digital reporting and governance. The Digital Marketing Manager professionalizes all digital touchpoints while driving campaigns that support brand growth across core and regional markets.Key Responsibilities1. Build Digital Foundation Design the digital platform, content calendar and governance process for global and regional markets. Set up workflows for content planning, production, and approvals. Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for all digital activity.2. Manage Agencies and Campaigns Manage all marketing agencies and media buying partners. Coordinate briefings, timelines, reviews, and campaign rollouts. Ensure all digital work salign with brand strategy and quality standards3. Oversee Content and Social Media Lead Amana’s social media and digital content strategy. Oversee copywriting, posting, and community management (initially via agencies). Develop localization guidelines for regional markets.4. Measure and Report Build monthly digital dashboards summarizing performance by platform and market. Use analytics to guide optimization and content learning. Present results and recommendations to the Global Head of Marketing Core Professional competences: Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and TikTok Business Center. Strong understanding of content, paid media, and social analytics. (Design, Sales, Agencies) Strong visual and creative judgment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Strategic and data-driven thinking with strong execution skills. English & Arabic fluency requiredPersonality traits and soft skills: Entrepreneurial with strong result orientation and high sense of ownershi Hands-on, agile and highly adaptable, able to work without existing systems. Excellent communication skills, with effective cross-functional collaboration. Builder mentality — able to create systems, not only manage them.
