Digital Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the CEO and drive operational excellence across the agency.This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and performance-driven execution. The ideal candidate understands both the business and creative sides of a marketing agency and knows how to scale them effectively.Key Responsibilities: •Work directly with the CEO to align on company vision, priorities, and growth plans •Lead day-to-day operations across all departments ensuring efficiency and consistency •Build, manage, and develop cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, account management) •Set clear quarterly growth strategies focused on expanding client base in Egypt and GCC markets •Define, track, and optimize KPIs across departments and projects •Oversee and elevate the agency’s creative output and art direction standards •Drive performance in media buying campaigns and ensure ROI optimization •Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams •Create systems and processes that support scalability and long-term stability •Recognize individual team strengths and actively develop talent to maximize performanceQualifications: •Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing or digital agency •Strong background in media buying and performance marketing •Solid understanding of creative strategy and art direction •Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams effectively •Experience working with clients in Egypt and/or GCC markets •Track record of building and executing growth strategies with measurable results •Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in KPI tracking and optimization •Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills •Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
