Role Objective:Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.Job Responsibilities: Develop strategies and tactics alongside other company executives and staff to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.Plan marketing and branding objectives and ensure brand messages are consistent.Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership/relationships activities with key industry players, agencies and vendors and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. Job Requirements:8–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a mandatory background in Hosting, Cloud, or the Tech sector.Proven track record of managing large internal teams (10+ members) and directing external agencies.Hands-on experience in managing large-scale budgets across Meta, Google Ads, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Snapchat, with a focus on lead generation for tech services.Advanced knowledge of technical SEO roadmaps and SEM strategies, with a realistic focus on long-term organic growth.High competence in directing Graphic Design and Video/Motion production teams to ensure high-converting, direct-response creative assets.Expert in GA4, Ad Tracking GTM, and attribution modeling to forecast trends and report on ROI.Professional ability to manage diverse client portfolios and translate complex marketing data into business growth.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize the customer lifecycle.Strong metrics-driven thinking to identify and fix technical marketing errors and adapt to platform algorithm changes.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and sales departments in both English and Arabic..How To Apply:Send your CV to: recruitment@dimofinf.net.sa
