Role OverviewAs a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B (and/or B2C) marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our distribution network. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and external vendors to ensure aligned and effective market messaging.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, email newsletters, presentations, social media content, and website updates.Trade Marketing & Events: Coordinate and manage trade shows, product launches, and dealer/partner events to maximize brand visibility.Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.Digital & Social Media: Manage company social media profiles and email marketing automation to nurture leads and engage distribution partners.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the ROI and KPIs of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data insights.Providing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) services to ensure that our keywords rank high in search results (SEO + SEA).increase awareness and presence on digital channels.Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns. Requirements & Qualifications• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within distribution, logistics, supply chain, or a related fast-paced industry.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.• Skills:• Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and distribution channels.• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, Email Marketing tools like Mailchimp/HubSpot).• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.Well-organized and detail-oriented.Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (spoken and written) is a must.Ability to perform and accomplish multiple tasks.Ability to independently compose correspondence, memos, and presentations.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods.
