Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: Rosalte Industry: FMCG – International Trade, Import/Export & Distribution Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, Egypt Experience Level: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Rosalte, a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in international trade, import/export operations, and product distribution, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the company’s brand growth and product visibility across digital platforms. The role focuses on executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives in local and international markets. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display platforms. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Coordinate with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials. Execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor performance metrics. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Support product launches, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives through digital channels. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints in line with company guidelines. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, and performance marketing. Rosalte Human Resources Department Experience with content planning, campaign execution, and basic SEO principles. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Good communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
