We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to combine content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence across multiple platforms while ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, schedule, and manage high-quality content across social media platforms and the company website to increase engagement and build community.Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product demo videos for digital campaigns, events, and exhibitions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategy.Support the planning and execution of both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic using relevant analytics tools.Collaborate closely with the Sales, Tele sales, and Development teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and maintain brand consistency. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.Proven ability to develop content strategies and manage social media platforms effectively.Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools.Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including GEO best practices.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other performance tracking platforms.Ability to create compelling lead generation campaigns that address audience needs and pain points.A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking ForA proactive and curious marketer who stays up to date with digital trends.A strong balance between creative and strategic thinking.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
