Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in performance marketing and capable of planning and shooting engaging social media content. The candidate will collaborate with our in-house content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.Manage advertising budgets and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.Content Planning & ProductionDevelop content ideas and collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign objectives.Plan and organize content shoots for social media and paid advertising.Shoot high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure content is produced and delivered on schedule.Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across digital platforms.CollaborationWork closely with the content writing, design, video production, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and social media best practices.Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.Ability to independently shoot engaging short-form video and photo content.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.Understanding of current social media trends and short-form video content.Basic photography and videography knowledge.Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Professional growth and learning opportunities.Collaborative and creative work environment.Performance-based incentives.Experience: 2+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Marketing
