In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee engineering coordination, technical integrity, and program-level engineering performance across all our projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with strong technical expertise, demonstrating the ability to drive excellence and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of engineering quality and execution.Oversee and coordinate engineering activities across all active projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectivesEstablish and maintain technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols across the engineering departmentMonitor and evaluate program-level engineering performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsLead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and technical excellenceCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including project managers, operations, and executive leadership to ensure technical requirements are metAnalyze complex engineering challenges and provide decisive solutions that balance technical integrity with project timelines and budgetsConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to engineering staffDevelop and implement engineering strategies that align with long-term organizational goals and market demandsManage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all programsEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policiesQualifications10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management roleProven expertise in engineering coordination and technical program management across multiple concurrent projectsStrong knowledge of engineering principles, technical standards, and quality assurance methodologiesDemonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutionsExcellent project and program management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budgetExperience leading and developing high-performing engineering teamsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsProficiency in risk management and mitigation strategiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPreferred: Experience with budget management and financial oversightPreferred: Background in mentoring and developing engineering talentPreferred: Familiarity with industry-specific engineering standards and certifications relevant to your fieldAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
