Arabic is an advantage for Egypt-based operations Great communication skills at all levels Comfortable managing & supporting multi-disciplined and remote teams Working to & reporting against challenging projects, targets & milestones Comfortable in a dynamic environment IT systems & Ai literacy Demonstrated examples of TGP's values in their career historyExperience: 12-15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project delivery, studio operations, PMO, consultancy, or multidisciplinary leadership role Experience in design, hospitality, architecture, consultancy, construction, F&B, entertainment, or creative project environments is preferred Experience working across Egypt and/& GCC markets is an advantage A Construction or IT Project Management background looking to work in consultancy or with creatives A consultancy/design/construction looking to lean into Ai implementation General project management, change management or major event projectsOverview Act as the central point of coordination between creative, consultancy, and delivery teams - balancing design excellence with commercial rigour and operational efficiency Develop and lead a multidisciplined team to challenge and problem solve existing pain points for greater efficiency Significant experience in a senior studio / operations / project leadership role Background in multi-disciplinary environments (e.g. design, hospitality, architecture, consultancy) Proven ability to manage complex, international project delivery Oversee studio operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across all outputs Establish and continuously improve studio processes, workflows, and delivery frameworks particularly with the integration and adoption of AI Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable studio cultureResource & Process Management Provide recommendations to Leadership Team to ensure all projects are appropriately resourced across disciplines and locations Balance workload across international teams (in-country and remote delivery) Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions Work closely with Project Leads to ensure delivery on time and on budgetQuality & Creative Excellence Uphold and champion the highest TGP standards Integrate the use of AI an AI protocols across all work teams Provide senior oversight and direction on key projects and deliverables Ensure consistency of quality across all regions and disciplines Act as a critical reviewer for major milestones and client-facing outputs work with TGP 360 project frameworkCommercial & Financial Management Support project profitability through effective resourcing and delivery - through reporting Monitor capacity, profitability, and studio performance metrics Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and marginAI ownership: Adoption of AI across the business Creating guardrails on its use and quality management Embedding AI-driven workflows into day-to-day project delivery Driving measurable improvements in efficiency Best practice and future development guidanceBenefitsTGP International Employee Benefits:Five-Day Work Week: Standard Monday to Friday schedule.Hybrid Work Arrangement: Three days in the office and two days working remotely.Incentive Plan: Company incentive scheme offering up to 10%—5% for introductions and 5% for successful closures.Annual Leave: 22 working days of paid annual leave, excluding weekends.Remote Work Flexibility: One additional week per year to work remotely from your home country, which can be combined with up to two consecutive weeks of annual leave.Coaching & Mentoring: Structured professional development through a dedicated coaching and mentoring program.Annual Company Gathering: A global team event bringing together employees from all offices.Employee Recognition Program: Regular recognition initiatives celebrating outstanding performance and contributions.
