Discover the life that awaits you at Accor,Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job Description Develop and implement regional spa strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesLead and oversee all spa and wellness operations across Rixos properties in the regionEnsure consistent luxury spa service standards across all hotel propertiesDesign and optimize spa menus, wellness programs, and treatment offeringsDrive spa revenue growth through innovative packages, promotions, and retail strategiesMonitor spa financial performance including revenue, cost control, and profitabilityEnsure exceptional guest experience and service quality across all spa facilitiesRecruit, train, and develop spa teams including therapists, managers, and wellness staffEstablish and maintain standardized spa SOPs, protocols, and treatment guidelinesOversee inventory and procurement of spa products, equipment, and retail itemsEnsure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and wellness regulationsConduct regular spa audits and quality inspections across all propertiesAnalyze guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiativesIntroduce new wellness trends, therapies, and holistic experiencesCollaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote spa services and wellness offeringsManage spa budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiativesSupport pre-opening spa design, setup, and operational readiness for new hotelsCoordinate with F&B, Fitness, and Entertainment teams for integrated wellness experiencesEnsure proper maintenance and presentation of spa facilities and equipmentLead regional spa team meetings and performance reviewsReport spa performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to the VP of OperationsQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, Wellness Management, or related fieldProfessional certifications in Spa Therapy, Wellness, or Holistic Health are an advantage8–15+ years of experience in spa and wellness operationsMinimum 5 years in a senior regional or multi-property spa leadership roleStrong experience in luxury hotel spas or resort wellness operationsProven expertise in spa revenue management and treatment menu developmentStrong understanding of wellness trends, therapies, and luxury guest expectationsExperience managing large spa teams across multiple propertiesStrong leadership, customer service, and operational management skillsFluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
