As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences in our dynamic hospitality environment.Lead and inspire the front office team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused atmosphereOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency across all departmentsManage guest relations, addressing concerns and enhancing overall satisfactionCoordinate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and operationsMonitor and optimize room rates, occupancy levels, and overbooking strategies to maximize revenueConduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and motivationEnsure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standardsHandle emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessaryPrepare and analyze reports on key performance indicatorsContinuously seek ways to improve guest experiences and operational efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approachDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressureProficiency in front desk operating systems (e.g., Opera) and understanding of GDSStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, assertive decisionsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFinancial acumen for managing rates and overbooking strategiesFlexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusAdditional InformationHotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success.
