Ecommerce Coordinator

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist based in Alexandria to manage and grow our online sales channels across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, coordination with shipping partners, and running effective advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO and performance optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize product listings on:AmazonNoonCompany websites (WooCommerce)Ensure product listings are accurate, well-written, SEO-optimized, and compliant with platform guidelines.Monitor and manage customer orders, including order processing and follow-up.Coordinate with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve product ranking and visibility.Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability and pricing.Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide improvement recommendations.Handle basic customer inquiries related to orders and products when required.Requirements & QualificationsApplicants must be Residents of Alexanderia Only Proven experience in E-Commerce operations is a MustHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, and WooCommerce.Strong understanding of SEO, especially product and marketplace SEO.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Good command of English (written and spoken).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of online advertising and performance tracking tools is a plus.SkillsProduct listing optimizationSEO & keyword researchOrder and inventory managementAmazon Ads campaign managementAnalytical and reporting skillsStrong communication skillsWork ConditionsLocation: Smouha, AlexandriaFixed shifts ( 9:00 PM To 5:00PM )8 working hours1 day offJob Type: Full-timeHow to ApplySend your CV to martina@agh-intgroup.comor apply directly.
