Guided by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and market growth, Midas continues to lead as a trusted furniture retailer in the region.Role Description & Requirements:This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for an Ecommerce CRM Marketing Specialist.Manage Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns Create customer segmentation and targeted broadcasts Write high-converting email and WhatsApp copy Plan product-focused campaigns and promotions Select featured products based on performance and priorities Coordinate campaign visuals with design team Set up automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, reactivation) Analyze campaign performance and optimize results Create SEO-optimized blog content Support retention and repeat purchase strategies Preferred:Experience in E-commerce (Furniture is a plus) Experience with Email and WhatsApp marketing tools (Webengage, Mailchimp,WATI etc.) Strong copywriting and analytical skills
