The company's success is built on its commitment to market growth and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Specialist based in Smart Village. The Freight Forwarding Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of freight transportation and logistics, coordinating export and forwarding operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shipping process. The specialist will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely delivery of goods.QualificationsProficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processesExperience in Forwarding and Export operationsStrong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve queriesKnowledge of logistics and supply chain managementExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in relevant software and tools for freight managementBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
