E-commerce Marketplace Specialist – ICT Products | HeliopolisEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Mode: On-siteWorking Days: 5 days per weekLocation: Heliopolis, CairoAbout the ClientOur client is a startup company operating in the electronic retail and ICT products sector, providing technology products through online marketplaces and digital selling channels.The company sells a range of hardware, software, technology accessories, and ICT-related products through platforms such as Noon, Amazon, Jumia, B2C online selling channels, wholesale online seller accounts, and other marketplace platforms.The company is focused on building a strong online presence by maintaining accurate product listings, attractive product content, smooth order processing, reliable courier coordination, and efficient marketplace operations.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate, upload, and update product listings on online marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, Jumia, and other selling platforms.Manage product pages, item details, pricing, descriptions, product specifications, images, sizes, colors, keywords, and stock availability.Write clear, attractive, and accurate product titles, descriptions, keywords, and selling points using AI tools when needed.Review online orders through marketplace dashboards and confirm order details before processing.Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to prepare products for delivery.Hand over confirmed orders to courier companies and follow up to ensure smooth delivery.Support product photography by preparing products, arranging required shots, and checking image quality before uploading.Ensure that all product information is accurate, updated, and aligned with marketplace requirements.Monitor product visibility, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace performance.Handle B2C online selling activities and support wholesale and online seller accounts.Use Odoo or ERP systems to check products, stock, orders, and operational updates.Coordinate internally with sales, operations, warehouse, and customer support teams.Maintain organized records of uploaded items, product details, marketplace updates, online orders, and courier handovers.Follow up on marketplace issues, product updates, order status, and account requirements.Support the company’s online sales growth by improving product presentation, listing quality, and operational efficiency.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, product listing, online sales, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, Jumia, or similar online selling platforms.Experience in ICT products, hardware, software, electronics, technology accessories, or related products is preferred.Previous experience using ERP systems, especially Odoo, is preferred.Good understanding of online selling, B2C orders, product pages, marketplace content, stock updates, and courier handover processes.Strong ability to create and update product listings accurately.Good product content writing skills, including titles, descriptions, keywords, specifications, and selling points.Familiarity with AI tools for generating product descriptions, keywords, and marketplace content.Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented and able to review product information, order details, and marketplace requirements accurately.Organized and able to follow up on multiple orders, listings, and selling platforms at the same time.Good coordination and communication skills.Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo, 5 days per week.
