The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, and promotions across relevant platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring website and marketplace performance, updating product content, tracking inventory accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role will analyze traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities and support digital campaigns. The Ecommerce Specialist will also handle online customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales and marketing to support revenue targets and enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including managing online marketplaces, product catalogs, and basic understanding of digital sales funnels.Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret performance metrics, sales reports, and customer behavior data and turn insights into actions.Excellent Communication abilities for clear written and verbal interactions with customers, internal teams, and external partners.Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain a high level of satisfaction across online channels.Sales mindset with the ability to support upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth through optimized online merchandising and campaigns.Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces) and basic familiarity with SEO and online merchandising best practices.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or digital marketing is preferred; experience in HR or professional services is a plus.
