The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating property viewings, and negotiating deals. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, promoting property listings, coordinating with clients to identify their needs, and closing sales. The role also involves ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local market. QualificationsStrong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skillsValid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws and practicesExperience in Real Estate and Sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targetsStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilitiesProficiency in market analysis and familiarity with local property trendsAbility to effectively handle multiple clients and tasksBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plusKnowledge of real estate CRM tools and software is an advantage
