Innovation Gate emphasizes management education that goes beyond theory to shape careers, strengthen decision-making, and prepare leaders for today’s dynamic business environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Advisor role based in Giza. The Educational Advisor will guide prospective and current learners through the full decision-making process, from initial inquiry to enrollment and beyond, ensuring they select programs that align with their professional goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, explaining program structures and admission requirements, and advising on suitable MBA and DBA pathways. The role involves responding to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, email, and digital channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM or student information systems, and following up with prospective learners in a timely manner. The Educational Advisor will also support information sessions and events, collaborate with academic and marketing teams, and provide ongoing advisory support to help learners succeed throughout their educational journey.Qualifications Strong background in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to match programs to individual learner goals.Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear explanation of complex information, and professional correspondence.Experience in Consulting and Customer Service, with a focus on solution-oriented guidance and relationship building.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; postgraduate studies or an MBA is an advantage.Prior experience in higher education advising, admissions, or student services, preferably within postgraduate or business programs.Comfort working with CRM or student management systems and standard office software tools.Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple consultations and follow-ups, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
