Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent, based in Qesm El Ahram. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for engaging prospective students, providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and assisting them in understanding and enrolling in the most suitable educational programs. Additional responsibilities include explaining program benefits, addressing customer questions, maintaining accurate records, and meeting sales and performance targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and active listening skills for engaging with prospective students and addressing inquiries effectivelyCustomer Service and Customer Support abilities to provide high-quality assistance and resolve concernsProven Sales experience with the ability to understand needs and present solutions persuasivelyExperience in Training or a willingness to learn and apply gained knowledge effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and a results-driven approachAbility to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environmentPrevious experience in the education industry or telesales is a plus
