We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.About This Role:We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to support multiple eCommerce and consumer product clients in a fast-paced accounting firm environment. This role focuses on daily transaction coding, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll entries, and month-end support while working closely with Accounting Managers. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Shopify and Amazon reconciliations, inventory-based brands, and modern accounting technology, and is highly fluent in English with strong client communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Code daily bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks OnlinePerform bank, credit card, Shopify, and Amazon reconciliationsReconcile merchant processors and wholesale platforms (EDI, SPS Commerce)Manage Accounts Payable using Bill.com and similar platformsSupport payroll processing and record journal entries (Gusto, Deel, JustWorks)Record accrual entries and assist with the month-end closeAssist with inventory-related reconciliations for CPG brands (CIN7, Fishbowl, Katana, ApparelMagic)Work with 3PL platforms such as ShipBob and ShipHero to reconcile fulfillment dataMonitor client emails and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team membersAssist Accounting Managers with monthly reporting packages and ad hoc deliverablesSoftware/Platforms/Tools:QuickBooks Online (Expert Level Required)Excel (Expert Level Required)Google WorkspaceEDI / SPS CommerceE-Commerce platforms: Shopify, Amazon Seller CentralInventory systems: CIN7, ApparelMagic, Fishbowl, Katana3PL systems: ShipBob, ShipHeroFintech platforms: Ramp, Highbeam, Rho, Mercury, Settle, WayflyerPayroll platforms: Bill.com, Gusto, Deel, JustWorksNetSuite (Plus)Qualifications:At least 3-5 years of freelancing experienceExcellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum 2+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience including A/P, A/R, Payroll, and Month-End CloseStrong multi-client accounting experienceExtensive eCommerce experience, including Shopify and Amazon reconciliationsConsumer Product Goods experience with inventory-based brandsExpert-level QuickBooks Online and Excel skillsStrong understanding of US GAAP fundamentalsExtremely tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systemsFriendly, welcoming, energetic personality with strong ownership mentalityShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US EST)
