Key ResponsibilitiesProviding Product training to Service partners on utility PV and ESS systemsProvide after-sales service for key customers related to utility PV and ESS systems through telephone and email to achieve good customer satisfactionProvides initial commissioning plans, as well as coordinates commissioning activities for successful deliverySupport the line manager to oversee utility PV and ESS systems support operations and handle escalation inquiries raised, work experience in low voltage and High voltageConduct field services with team and service partners in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairsPerform basic O&M by monitoring systems remotely and basic warranty workConduct product testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs at the workshopTrack complex technical problems and coordinate with internal teams (technical and R&D team) to efficiently deliver high-quality solutions to customers’ issuesContinuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and servicesCommunicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business developmentSkills and Experiences RequiredElectrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering and or similar backgroundAt least 5 years of technical support and product maintenance experience preferredExcellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) in English and used in local communication as per the location Excellent and professional telephone customer service killsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong organization and time management skills handling multiple tasks at once
