Join us in making a significant impact on our safety and sustainability efforts!This role is based in Cairo, Egypt.Position As the EHS Manager, you will Lead the EHS agenda by ensuring full regulatory and corporate compliance across all Egypt Market operationsDrive a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement actionsConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans across offices, warehouses, fleet, contractors, and projectsLead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actionsDevelop and implement environmental management practices, including waste management, energy efficiency, and emissions reductionDesign and deliver EHS training programs, ensuring employees and contractors are fully competent and compliant with safety standardsMonitor and report on EHS performance metrics, preparing dashboards and insights for leadershipCollaborate with internal stakeholders and regional EHS teams to ensure alignment with global standards and sustainability targetsRequirementsBachelor’s degree and a National EHS management certificate3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Health & Safety roleStrong knowledge of health & safety management systems, local legislation, and ISO standardsExperience in risk assessment, audits, incident management, and compliance processesStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and influence stakeholdersFluent English and ArabicProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What To ExpectExpect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
