Electrical Engineer

Attend handover meetings of all newly developed public areas to ensure compliance with designs and contract specificationsCoordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works and requisitions of materials are completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedulesSupervise the maintenance scheduling of all different electrical works related to the public areaSupervise in coordination with the contractor staff training and orientation for the different systemsDevelop (in coordination with Facility Management Company) the minimum required inventory list (of all necessary spare parts) to ensure smooth operationCommunicate with contractor in case of breakdowns in electrical operationsProduce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair worksLiaise and coordinate with other departments as needed.Responsible for the implementation of the various types of maintenance for all electrical WorkInterprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations (Regarding ISO regulations).Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet maintenance schedules. Bachelor Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience in electrical infra structure  is a must
