Job SummaryThe Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and continuous operation of all electrical equipment and systems across the farm. The role includes planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting electrical faults, and supporting improvement initiatives to maximize equipment availability while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment.Diagnose and resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.Maintain electrical panels, motors, generators, transformers, pumps, and lighting systems.Monitor the performance of electrical systems and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.Coordinate with mechanical and production teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects.Manage spare parts requirements related to electrical maintenance.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial facilities.Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, motors, generators, control panels, and troubleshooting.Experience with PLC systems and electrical automation is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
