Key Responsibilities: Oversee and perform daily maintenance to ensure production equipment runs efficiently Create and implement scheduled maintenance plans (daily to annually) Maintain accurate records and spare parts inventory via SAP Ensure availability and organization of equipment manuals Train team members in equipment operation and troubleshooting Coordinate with the supply chain for spare parts procurement Analyze equipment failures and lead repair efforts Collaborate with the Operations Manager on maintenance planning Supervise preventive maintenance and external maintenance contracts Allocate tasks to electrical and automation teams 3–5 years of experience in FMCG (preferably in paper mills)Strong leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fieldProficiency in Siemens systems is a must, including Siemens PCS7 Siemens PLC & SCADASINAMICS multidrive systemsExperience with control valves and instrumentationExcellent English and computer skills
