Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiringCoordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employeesSupport Organizational Development (OD) activities, including job descriptions, organizational structure, and performance management processesAssist in personnel affairs, including attendance, leaves, contracts, social insurance, and maintaining employee filesHandle HR documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentialitySupport HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor lawsAssist in administrative HR tasks and day-to-day operationsAct as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support positive employee relationsPrepare HR reports and provide support to management when required Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR roleGood knowledge of recruitment processes, OD concepts, and personnel affairsSolid understanding of labor law and HR best practicesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsVery good in English.Proficiency in MS Office
