Business Line:Electrical ProductsLocation:10th of RamadanReporting Line:Plan ManagerKey Accountabilities:Maintain a list of all the machines in the factory and their needed maintenance, and reflect in maintenance plans accordinglyCoordinate with the production team on maintenance schedules to avoid affecting productionManage teams in maintaining facilities to keep them in proper statusPrepare a daily maintenance manual for all the preventive maintenance manuals and send it to the production departmentIdentify the required spare parts for the plan implementation and communicate with the inventory control to ensure their presence, or request the purchasing departmentPlanning the workforce shifts and ensuring the relay of the workers as per the maintenance plan for the production machinery and equipmentSupervise the daily planned and unplanned maintenance work, ensuring business continuityChecking the received spare parts to ensure that they match the required specificationsReduce the depreciation of the department to ensure the efficiency of operationManage the development of regular reporting of maintenance activities and submit technical recommendations for business continuity, risk mitigation, cost reduction, and process efficiencyQualifications & Education:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.6+ years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Technical competencies:Electrical Equipment Maintenance (LV/MV systems, motors, switchgear, transformers)Troubleshooting Electrical & Control SystemsBasic PLC & Automation Systems KnowledgePreventive & Predictive Maintenance PracticeRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) TechniquesMaintenance Documentation & CMMS UsageUnderstanding of Electrical Standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA)
