🎓 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)💼 Experience • 6–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or contract administration • Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Oracle • Good understanding of contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC)📌 Key Responsibilities • Prepare quantity take-offs and review BOQs in line with drawings and project specifications • Prepare monthly client invoices (running account bills) and obtain required approvals before submission to accounts • Prepare subcontractor/vendor payment certificates and ensure alignment with contract terms • Review contractor measurements, coordinate with site teams, and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices • Analyze rates for non-BOQ (variation) items and support the preparation of variation orders and claims • Perform quantity reconciliation between estimated, executed, and billed quantities • Ensure recovery of costs for rework or non-compliant work through debit notes as per site recommendations • Advise on measurement procedures and ensure accurate calculation of interim and final quantities • Prepare detailed monthly financial statements and cost reports • Support the preparation and finalization of project final accounts with full supporting documentation • Ensure all contractual and financial processes comply with project requirements and company policies • Provide advice on contractual and financial matters related to project costs and commercial issues • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure proper cost tracking and reporting
