We are looking for Electrical QA/QC Manager for one of our sites.📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City 🏭 Industry: Construction / Power GenerationKey ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all electrical QA/QC activities related to the power plant project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.Review and supervise electrical installation works, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure quality and compliance with approved procedures.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.Ensure all electrical activities comply with applicable quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.Review technical submittals, inspection requests (IRs), method statements, and electrical shop drawings.Conduct inspections and quality audits for electrical systems, equipment, and installations.Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective/preventive actions, and follow up on close-out activities.Support site teams in resolving technical and quality-related issues.Prepare QA/QC reports and provide regular updates to project management.Ensure proper documentation, testing records, and handover dossiers are maintained and completed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical QA/QC within power plant or large-scale industrial projects.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing, commissioning, and QA/QC procedures.Experience in inspections, quality documentation, and compliance with international standards.Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and quality management systems.Proficiency in MS Office and related engineering software tools.Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
