Team members join a growing business environment where customer satisfaction and ethical trading are core priorities.Role Description The موظف مبيعات (Sales Employee) is responsible for driving sales of tyres and batteries through direct customer interaction, both in-store and via phone or digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, updating customer records, coordinating with the warehouse and finance teams, and supporting promotional activities. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Giza, where the employee is expected to work primarily on-site with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home as agreed with management.QualificationsProven sales skills, including customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques.Basic knowledge of tyres, batteries, or automotive products, with the ability to learn technical details quickly.Strong communication skills in Arabic; functional English skills are an advantage.Ability to work with simple digital tools and systems, such as spreadsheets, point-of-sale software, or CRM platforms.Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple customer requests and follow-ups.Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or field sales is preferred but not required.High level of integrity, reliability, and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Giza and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
