The main objective is to realize commercial growth maximization/erosion minimization initiatives in the portfolio in scope and the successful preparation of new launches/pipeline in EM, in close collaboration with the OPCO and a diverse set of regional/Global functions (i.e. Emerging Markets, ESO, Global team).Duties & ResponsibilitiesCommercial responsibility and cross functional coordination to make sure we maintain and grow the value of the portfolio in scope and launch successfully new brands, in close partnership with OPCO, Global team, ESO and other regional teams. Activities in scope: brand strategy, promotional activities, launch preparation, BI/market data management, Gx/biosimilars entry monitoring, Lifecycle Management etc.Launch excellence and pipeline planning: 1) Define brand (co)-positioning & strategy, 2) Establish launch readiness dashboard and provide pre-launch training for OPCO, 3) Forecasting & Resource planning, including GFLS assessment, 4) Pre-launch activities and develop concrete launch plans together with OPCO, 5) Serve as knowledge& communication hub between ESO & EM, 6) Drive best practice sharing between EM OpCos & Guiding OpCo to identify untapped opportunities and further boost execution excellence, 7) Strategic Planning Exercises (short and long term)Ongoing OPCO support (i.e. Monthly Functional Commercial calls/ad hoc continuous interactions, best practice sharing, identify common projects)Lead growth projects to maximize the potential of brands in scope, through assessment of different Go-To-Market Models and development of relevant business cases (i.e. Digital commercial projects)Brand strategy & Planning activities for the brands in scope (BP, LRFP, IBP, PMR) to fully expose the markets’ potentialPerformance tracking responsibility for products in scope (NTS and Commercial OPEX/Brand Plans)Engage with external customers to collect insights and translate into tangible strategies and action plansPartner with other Therapeutic areas teams/IBVT to maximize synergies and ensure strategic alignmentContribute to the potential strategic alliance initiativesQualification & ExperienceA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with 8+ years of professional experience in Commercial functions, MBA preferredKnowledge of Healthcare marketplace; strong understanding of JNJ IM Therapeutic Areas.
