The role focuses on managing business demand, overseeing CAPEX-funded initiatives, and enabling business growth through effective delivery and lean governance practices. The individual will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, working across cross-functional teams, technologies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation and technology capability enhancements.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standardsDevelop and own integrated project plans, consolidating inputs across Agile and delivery teams (including sprint, scrum, testing, integration, and release)Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), ensuring adherence to milestones and delivery commitmentsImplement lean governance practices that prioritise ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparencyOversee programme financials, including CAPEX/OPEX management, supplier commercials, and budget forecastingMaintain clear, consistent communication with senior stakeholders to build trust and transparency across time, cost, scope, and quality dimensionsUse data-driven insights to track performance, including effort and cost burn-down analysisGovern the effective use of Azure DevOps, ensuring consistent utilisation of dashboards, plans, and delivery roadmapsDefine programme direction, priorities, scope, and delivery roadmap in collaboration with release management and key stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, including system integrators and third-party partnersWho You AreEgyptian national currently residing in EgyptDemonstrated experience (typically 7+ years) delivering complex ICT programmes end-to-endCertified in PMP or PRINCE2 PractitionerKnowledge of application and software development lifecycle methodologiesExperience leading transformation initiatives and managing cross-cultural, matrixed teamsStrong leadership capability with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams in both direct and indirect reporting structuresProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, with strong data visualisation and presentation skillsMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirableStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior audiencesNot a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
