You will play a critical role in accelerating and closing deals with qualified leads while actively generating new business opportunities, with a strong focus on both our core digital solutions and Odoo ERP packages.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct needs analysis to deeply understand customer business challenges and recommend the best-fit solutions.Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals to decision-makers.Proactively generate new qualified leads through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events (with focus on the industrial and manufacturing segments).Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Track all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately using CRM tools.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.Qualifications4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales.Strong track record in selling solutions, ERP systems, or digital/ICT solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.Experience working with CRM software and structured sales methodologies.Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is highly preferred.BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission.Flexible and friendly work environment.Clear career growth path in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-growing company.
