This role is critical in creating a positive work environment and strengthening employee retention and morale.Role OverviewThe Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for driving structured engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and workforce morale. The role focuses on executing engagement programmes, capturing employee feedback, and translating insights into actionable interventions.
