Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Lead Maintenance & Equipment Reliability Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize equipment performance, and minimize downtime to ensure efficient production. Oversee Engineering Projects & New Installations Manage new equipment installation, perform FAT/SAT testing, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Plan Shutdowns & Spare Parts Management Develop shutdown plans, supervise major maintenance activities, and maintain critical spare parts inventory to prevent production interruptions. Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence Implement ISO requirements, follow maintenance SOPs, and ensure all engineering activities support organizational goals and production quality. Develop the Engineering Team Train and coach maintenance staff, build succession plans, and enhance team capabilities to improve overall engineering performance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). PMP or MBA is a plus. 13+ years of experience with at least 4 years in a similar position. 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
