Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for English Back Office Agents (Voice and Non-Voice), based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves providing professional support to customers via phone and non-voice communication channels, resolving inquiries and complaints, updating records, and ensuring operational efficiency. The agents will be responsible for accurate data entry, following established procedures, and collaborating with other teams to meet client and customer needs. QualificationsProficiency in English communication, both written and spokenStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processingProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsTime management and organizational capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and ExcelStrong interpersonal and team collaboration skillsFlexibility to adapt to different processes and client requirementsPrior experience in customer service or BPO roles is a plus
