Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic English Call Centre Representative (Chat-Voice) to join our team for a full-time, on-site role in Cairo. You will handle both chat and voice interactions with customers, providing exceptional assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to solving issues promptly. You will also contribute to maintaining the overall efficiency and professionalism of the call center operations.
