The representative will handle customer inquiries efficiently, provide effective support, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role primarily involves communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information, and following up on customer requests as needed.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage professionally and build customer satisfaction.Proficiency in English and Translation skills to manage communication across diverse customer needs.Experience in English Teaching or Training is an advantage for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions effectively.Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to work well in a dynamic team environment.Previous experience in a customer service role or a related position is preferred but not mandatory.Flexible to work in shifts and a willingness to commit to on-site responsibilities.
