We're Hiring: English Instructor TrainerAmerican Egyptian Academy (AEA) is looking for an experienced English InstructorTrainer to join our Academic Team in Cairo.Key Responsibilities:Train and onboard newly hired English instructors.Conduct teaching demos and instructor assessments.Observe classes and provide coaching and performance feedback.Support instructors in teaching methodology, lesson delivery, and classroom management.Design and deliver professional development workshops.Ensure teaching quality and adherence to academic standards.Requirements:Advanced English proficiency.Minimum 3 years of experience as an English Instructor.Previous experience training, coaching, or developing English instructors within language academies or educational institutions is mandatory.Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and classroom management.Experience conducting classroom observations and instructor evaluations.CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, Train the Trainer, or equivalent certifications are a plus.Preferred Background:Teacher TrainerAcademic SupervisorSenior English Instructor with teacher training responsibilities📍 Location: Nasr City (On-Site)📍 Full-Time
