The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language teaching and proven supervisory experience, with the ability to maintain high academic standards across multiple branches.Requirements:CELTA certification is a must2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or academic leadership rolePrevious experience supervising English instructors is a mustStrong background in teaching English as a second language (ESL)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to observe, evaluate, and develop instructors effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsResponsibilities:Supervise and monitor instructors’ performance across branchesConduct regular class observations and provide constructive feedbackTrain, mentor, and support new and existing instructorsEnsure consistency in curriculum delivery and teaching qualityConduct demo sessions for new hires when neededIdentify training needs and implement development plansCollaborate with management to improve academic processesWork Conditions:Location: Nasr CityFull-time position
