The agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and documenting interactions in company systems. The role also involves following established procedures, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer communications. Agents collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong English communication skills (spoken and written) and the ability to engage clearly and professionally with customers.Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and complex situations effectively.Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software, contact center systems, and online communication tools.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and meet defined performance and quality targets.Prior experience in call centers, BPO, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by business needs.Professional attitude, resilience under pressure, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
