The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls and online chat, providing clear and professional assistance in English. Daily tasks include answering inquiries, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. Team members are expected to follow company procedures, meet performance targets, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and contribute to a positive, service-oriented environment. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to improve processes and customer satisfaction is a key part of the role.Qualifications Strong English communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional writing.Customer Service experience, with the ability to manage inquiries, handle complaints, and provide solutions efficiently.Background in English Teaching, Training, or coaching, demonstrating the ability to explain information and guide customers or colleagues.Translation skills between English and local languages, enabling accurate understanding and communication when needed.Basic computer literacy, familiarity with call center or CRM systems, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, on a fixed morning shift schedule, with reliability and punctuality.Strong interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.Previous experience in BPO, contact centers, or similar service environments is an advantage.
