About the CompanyAxis is looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Enterprise Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and building long-term business relationships.About the RoleIn this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, present innovative fintech solutions, and manage the sales journey from prospecting to closing. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and generate new enterprise and corporate sales opportunities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Develop relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored Axis solutions.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.Prepare commercial proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning solutions.Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.Required Skills2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or account management.Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.Commercial mindset with strong business acumen.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in fintech, banking, SaaS, technology, digital payments, or financial services.Existing network with enterprise customers or corporate clients.Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.Experience selling to HR, Finance, Operations, or Commercial leaders.Perks of working @ Axis:Flexible hybrid working modelMedical insurance for you and your familyLife insurance coverageSubsidized gym membershipCompetitive leave policyEqual Opportunity StatementAxis is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
