We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our Cairo team.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ERP systems for restaurants, with deep understanding of restaurant workflows, POS, inventory, kitchen operations, purchasing, and back-office processes.Job DescriptionAs a Senior ERP Consultant at Fodista, you will play a key role in leading restaurants through successful implementation and optimization of our Restaurant ERP system. You will analyze operational needs, design customized solutions, and ensure seamless deployment that elevates restaurant efficiency and customer experience.Key Responsibilities. Client ConsultationEngage closely with restaurant clients to understand their operational flow (front of house, back of house, kitchen, POS, purchasing, costing, inventory).Identify challenges and define requirements for the ERP implementation.2. Solution DesignDesign tailored Restaurant ERP solutions aligned with real operational scenarios in restaurants, cafés, and F&B chains.Ensure solutions follow industry best practices for restaurant management.3. Implementation LeadershipLead complete ERP implementation cycles for restaurant clients.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper system configuration, testing, and deployment.4. CustomizationCustomize modules such as POS, inventory, recipes, kitchen display systems (KDS), purchasing, and menu engineering to match client needs.5. Training & SupportProvide professional training to restaurant staff, supervisors, and managers.Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth daily operations.6.
