Administer and maintain the university’s Oracle ERP system, ensuring availability,performance, and reliability.• Monitor ERP system functionality and resolve technical issues in coordination withinternal teams and external vendors.• Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle ERP modulesbased on business requirements.• Analyse system workflows and recommend process improvements to maximize ERPefficiency.• Manage user access, permissions, and security roles in line with university policies.• Ensure accurate system data management, including validation, migration, andreconciliation of ERP records.• Provide technical support and guidance to end users on ERP-related issues and systemusage.• Coordinate system testing for upgrades, patches, and newly implementedfunctionalities.• Generate ERP reports and dashboards to support finance management decision-making.• Monitor system integrations between Oracle ERP and other business applications.• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and audit requirements.• Conduct user training sessions and support the adoption of ERP enhancements.• Stay updated on Oracle ERP developments and recommend relevant upgrades or bestpractices.• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the line manager Educational Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.Experience:3-5 years of experienceProfessional certification in Oracle ERP or related enterprise systems is preferred.Experience working with ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, or Student Records Systems is preferred.Experience in higher education or large institutional environments is preferred.
