Responsibilities:Generate and qualify B2B leads for ERP solutions.Contact potential companies and identify business needs.Book meetings and demos for the sales team.follow up with prospects and update their status on the CRM system.Achieve monthly targets in terms of qualified leads and booked meetings.Maintain organized tracking of pipeline and client database.Requirements:2-4+ years of experience in B2B sales or telesales (ERP / Software is a strong plus)Basic understanding of ERP systems (experience with Odoo is highly preferred)Basic knowledge of business functions such as Accounting, Inventory, HR, and CRM (for qualification purpose)Strong communication and presentation skillsExperience using CRM system or customer tracking toolsTarget-oriented with strong follow-up skillsPreferred:Previous experience selling Software or SaaS solutionsOrganized and structured approach in managing leads and pipelineTechnical background is not required
