ERP Support - Intern

Job PurposeThe ERP Support Intern will support the implementation, testing, and enhancement of ERP systems while gaining hands-on exposure to business operations across Finance and Inventory functions. The role involves assisting users, supporting business process improvements, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within a collaborative environment.Principal Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesAssist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activitiesCollaborate with the ERP Support team to analyze business requirements and resolve system-related issuesSupport Finance and Inventory users in understanding and improving ERP processes and workflowsProvide first-line user support and assist in delivering user guidance and training when requiredParticipate in testing activities, including data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process-related recordsSupport ERP enhancements and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teamsPerform other duties as assigned by the ERP Support teamQualificationsSenior-year students or fresh graduates in Business Informatics, Business Information Systems (BIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or related disciplines with a business focusBasic understanding of ERP concepts and interest in enterprise systems, particularly Odoo and Oracle ERPFamiliarity with Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, or accounting processes is an advantageExposure to academic or practical projects related to ERP systems, databases, or process automation is preferredUnderstanding of accounting workflows such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Inventory Management is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSkillsLearning Agility & AdaptabilityCommunication & Interpersonal SkillsAnalytical Thinking & Problem SolvingCollaboration & TeamworkAttention to DetailTime Management & OrganizationWhat You'll GainHands-on experience with enterprise ERP platforms, including Odoo and Oracle ERPExposure to real business operations across Finance and Inventory functionsMentorship and guidance from experienced ERP professionalsOpportunity to contribute to digital transformation and process improvement initiativesPractical experience in business analysis, system implementation, testing, and user supportEnhanced understanding of ERP best practices and cross-functional business processesProgram Highlights:1-month internship programFully onsite experienceDedicated mentor assigned throughout the internshipHands-on exposure to real projects and day-to-day activitiesOpportunity to learn from experienced professionalsCertificate of completion awarded upon successful completion of the program
